Damon Jones, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. He is also a Research Associate at the Population Research Center at the University of Chicago, and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Jones' research interests include public finance, household finance, and behavioral economics.
David Molitor, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. He is also a Research Associate at the Center for Business and Public Policy and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Molitor's research explores factors that shape health and health care delivery in the United States, with a focus on physician behavior, technology adoption, and environmental adaptation.
Julian Reif, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Economics in the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. He is also a Research Associate at the Center for Business and Public Policy, a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a Senior Scholar at the Institute of Government and Public Affairs. His research interests include population health, public finance, and environmental economics.
Laura Payne, PhD, is a Professor in the Recreation, Sport and Tourism department, Director of Graduate Studies, and Extension Specialist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Payne's research interests include community parks and recreation management planning, evidence-based practice and programs, health and leisure across the lifespan, and healthy aging.
David Chan, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Stanford School of Medicine, an investigator at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Drawing on labor and organizational economics, he is interested in studying how information is used in health care, how this affects productivity, and implications for design. He is also a practicing hospitalist at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.
Lauren Geary, MPH, is a Research Affiliate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Project Manager for the Illinois Workplace Wellness Study. Geary assists investigators with research and data collection, coordinates the implementation of the field experiment, and serves as the first point of contact for all study participants, collaborating agencies, and vendors.
Michele Guerra, MS, is the Director of the Campus Wellbeing Services at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Guerra offers wellness programming to employees throughout the campus, and oversees the Illinois Workplace Wellness Study's wellness activities.
