HEARTSPOT: Implementation and Rigorous Evaluation of a Machine Learning System to Aid Decision-Making in the Emergency Department

In the coming period, we will conduct a RCT assessing the real-world effectiveness of a new augmented intelligence (AI) algorithm to optimize testing for acute coronary syndrome in emergency departments. This trial will integrate a previously developed AI prediction model into clinical care, evaluating whether the tool can improve care decisions and health outcomes.
