Environmental Economics Workshop - NBER EEPE

There are four primary objectives of the EEPE initiative. (1) To provide incentives for leading researchers to focus on policy-relevant topics within EEE and to communicate their findings in impactful ways. (2) To maintain a regular forum where academic researchers can communicate directly with members of the professional staff and researchers at government agencies and NGOs focused on energy and environmental policy. (3) To create lasting impact through continuation of an annual publication featuring EEE research that is directly related to current and ongoing policy debates. (4) To foster relationships in particular with the USEPA, NCEE to share research, promote collaborations, and set research agendas, including research in the areas of climate change and environmental justice.
