Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Economic Outcomes, 2025-2027

This project will support a post-doctoral researcher studying disparities in economic outcomes, particularly racial and ethnic disparities in wealth, labor market outcomes, and the impact of economic shocks such as economic downturns. The grant will increase the quality of research on economic disparities and it will support a research community that includes many scholars from under-represented groups. The fellowship will provide an opportunity for each fellow to spend a year at the NBER’s office in Cambridge, interact with other researchers with similar interests, and develop a broader professional network.
