Wage Dynamics in the 21st Century

This research project will explore the measurement of real wages and the factors that have contributed to their slow growth despite strong macroeconomic fundamentals in the last decade and significant productivity growth over a longer time span. The project will support 18 research studies on various aspects of wage dynamics, and two research conferences.
