This project supports the ongoing activities of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Policy Working Groups. These groups provide a forum for the development and presentation of economic research on entrepreneurship and innovation policy, and strengthen collaborative activities with other NBER research groups in order to draw new researchers into these fields. The activities of these working groups include regular annual meetings which bring together leading researchers in these fields, occasional conferences organized around specific areas resulting in several edited volumes and special issues of refereed journals, an annual entrepreneurship research boot camp for doctoral students, an annual postdoctoral fellowship program, and a program of small research and travel grants for early projects and junior researchers.
