Martin Feldstein receives Irving Kristol Award at AEI

Martin Feldstein received many honors over the course of his career, including the 2011 Irving Kristol Award from the American Enterprise Institute.  The award recognizes an individual who has made exceptional intellectual and practical contributions to improve government policy, social welfare, or political understanding.  Text of Feldstein's lecture on the occasion of this award.
