Tap the Join button. You will need to enter the Meeting ID and Passcode.
Note: If you need to join a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting, invite calendar@nber.org to your meeting invitation that contains the videoconference link. The meeting will appear on the touch screen as an upcoming meeting and you can join directly from the touch screen.
Share content from your device
- Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop; there is no need to join the meeting. If you do, do not join the audio or it may create feedback.
- Tap the Share Content button. Instructions will be posted to the TV if no one is actively sharing. Use Sharing Key or for iOS devices, the TV passcode as displayed
