NBER International Seminar on Macroeconomics 2008
The NBER International Seminar on Macroeconomics brings together leading American and European economists to discuss a broad range of current issues in global macroeconomics. An international companion to the more American-focused NBER Macroeconomics Annual, the 2008 volume discusses the employment effects of workweek regulation in France, trade pricing effects of the Euro, reflections on monetary policy in the open economy, firm-size distribution and cross-country income differences, and exchange rates and the margin of trade.
